Product information and standards

Are the processed fabrics certified?

Many fabrics processed by Get Natural have GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification. All fabrics meet at least OekoTex Standard 100, this also applies to sewing thread, buttons and other accessories.

Where do the patterns come from?

All products are designed by Get Natural itself. The cuts for them are created and implemented in their own tailor shops.

Where do you have your articles produced?

In tailor shops at different locations in Germany, Hungary and a cooperation partner in Nepal. Both in our own tailor shop and with our partners, great importance is attached to fair production and distribution conditions.

Which substances do you process?

The basis of the products are linen, virgin wool, cotton, brocade, felt and hemp, each designated as sustainably produced.

 

 

Returns and refunds

The ordered garment does not fit, what can I do?

Matching our products, we have individual measurement tables stored, but if it still happens that the ordered garment does not fit you, please contact us by phone (+49(0)7959 926661) or by mail(info@getnatural.de) so that we can determine together with you, the right size for you. The return is at your own expense.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, please contact us by telephone (+49(0)7959 926661) or by mail(info@getnatural.de). As soon as we have received and checked the returned item, we will send you the agreed replacement.

What do I have to consider when returning the goods?

Items that you do not want to keep, you can return to us within the 14-day cancellation period.

Pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging and include the completed cancellation form in the package.

Please note that the return of an item can only be unused and undamaged.

Within what period can I return an item?

You can return the item to us within the 14 -day right of objection.

Do you cover the return shipping costs when an order is cancelled?

No, we cannot provide this service as a medium-sized company; a return is at your own expense; to avoid this we are happy to advise you when ordering.

What happens after the return or after the revocation?

As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked for condition and completeness. Subsequently, we have all payments that we have received from you,
excluding delivery costs, immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Shipping, delivery and delivery

How is the shipment done?

Our standard shipping in the private customer business is done with DHL Go green - climate neutral emission-free delivery to the doorstep.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany 5,99 € with DHL go green.

To EU foreign countries 14,99 € (up to 2 kg, insured shipping)

How fast is the shipping?

The shipment usually takes place the following day after receipt of your order;

in case of agreed advance payment, the shipment will take place after the moment of your payment instruction.

How long is the delivery time?

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 3 - 5 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction) Please note that on Sundays and public holidays no delivery is made.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Yes, with our standard shipping with DHL go green you can also have your order delivered to a packing station.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes, shipping is within the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Poland ,Hungary or the Czech Republic .For delivery to countries other than the above, please contact us in advance for shipping costs.

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland / Norway, United Kingdom), the recipient may incur customs duties. Please check with your local customs office beforehand.

No shipping to the EU-exceptions French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Réunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon, St. Barthélemy and Greenland.

Where is my package?

You can always check the current status of your order via the DHL shipment tracking, for this you only need the DHL shipment number, you can find this from the shipping confirmation.

Payment and vouchers

What payment options do I have?

You can choose between prepayment by bank transfer, the payment system Klarna (instant transfer, on account), or redeem a gift certificate.

Can I buy a voucher?

Yes, you can get vouchers here in our store under the category gift vouchers; these are selectable between 20.-€ and 100.-€, shipping is optionally possible by mail (printed on handmade paper) or via email.

How do I pay with a voucher?

When ordering, the voucher code is entered in the shopping cart. The amount of the voucher is then immediately deducted from the order total. When purchasing at one of our market stalls, the voucher is immediately offset against the value of goods. A cash payment is not possible.

How long is a voucher valid?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue/purchase. The expiration date is noted on the voucher.

My coupon code won't enter?

Order

How can I order?

You are welcome to place your order via our webshop; after you have placed the desired items in the shopping cart, you can access it by clicking on the button "Show shopping cart" and will be guided further through the menu until the completion of your order.

Is it possible to order by phone?

Yes, you are welcome to call us at +49(0)7959 926661 and place your order by phone, we will be happy to advise you on this. We are available Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 o'clock for you by telephone. If the office is not occupied, please leave a message on the answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible. 

Is it necessary to set up a customer account?

No, the creation of a customer account is not required for your order

Do you have a store?

Yes, you are welcome to view and try on our products by appointment (+49(0)7959 926661 or info@getnatural.de) in the showroom at our production site in 74586 Frankenhardt.

Do you also sell your fabrics by the meter?

Can I order a special design from you?

Is it possible for you as a club/fan band/theater group to order individual custom-made products?

Can I buy patterns from you?

No, all the cuts were made by ourselves and are the property of Get Natural.
